Rush options explained:

All of our products are handmade from real wood, each unit is made to order, we do not mass produce. A door normally takes about a couple of days to assemble and another couple days to paint or stain, however; due to the popularity of our products, order volumes are normally very high. At any time an order is placed there are already over a hundred orders ahead of yours. Each order is processed, cut and assembled in the order it was placed. The timing it takes for your order to complete in the process is directly affected by your order's details and all the details of all the orders placed prior to yours. Because we process so many orders, the exact timing it takes to complete the entire process and ship is difficult to predict, therefore, production times are estimated and not guaranteed.

We understand that not everyone can wait weeks for their orders to make it through the entire process. Project scheduling issues, contractor's availability, and other reasons require a quicker turnaround, for these reasons is why we created two options for our customers to choose from, the 7 day and 14 day rush.

How the rush options work:

​

When placing a rush order it goes into our system the next business day and is counted as day #1. All rush orders exclude weekends (Sat & Sun) and any major holidays. Both rush options are strictly for production only and does not include shipping transit times. Most shipments reach their destination in the continental US within 3 to 5 business days (estimated from the freight companies and is not guaranteed). All rush orders are guaranteed in their time frame except if delayed for any reason by the customer, or custom items are added to the order. Example: custom finish color, a non-stocked material or see-through mirror which has to be specially ordered and could add a week to the order in which case the rush portion of an order will commence when the materials are received. If we fail to ship a unit on or before the due date we will refund the amount of the rush option.
